Beavers     5.30 - 6.45pm   

Cubs          6.15 - 7.45pm
Scouts       7- 8.30pm

Registration
On your childs first night you will be asked to complete a form giving details of their name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and any medical information. Please complete this in as much detail as possible especially the medical and special needs part. You are also requested to update this information if any of the details change. THIS IS FOR YOUR CHILDS SAFETY, we would hate to give a child somthing he/she was allergic to but if it's not down on the form we won't know about it.

 



Subscription
When someone joins our group we have to give out record books to them so when you join each section there is an one off charge of £5.00 for these helpful books.

We currently charge £2.00 per week, which is payable whether your child turns up or not.

But we would like to ask for this on a half term basis if that is possible therefore £14 per half term.
We apologise for this but the following break down may allow you to understand why we have to charge when your child is absent.

Before your child is invested/enroled as a Beaver, Cub or Scout you will have to buy them a uniform.
The top half of the uniform costs between £10 and £20, the trousers cost around £12, group neckerchief cost about £6

a) Each year we have to pay a membership fee based on the number of invested members on the 31st january.  This year it was £31 per head. (full fees paid this year were £831)

B) Monthly rent to the Nimrod Community Centre is currently between £110 - £120.

C) Badges - each badge is 50p or more. (we provide)

 

D) Equipment For Weekly Meetings

 

E) Purchase/replacement of equipment for camps

Gift Aid
You may like to consider signing up to Gift Aid, If you are a taxpayer you could help the group by completing a Gift Aid form. Gift Aid allows us to collect 28p for every pound you pay in subscription from Inland Revenue. The only details we need from you is your name and address and that you pay tax, the Inland Revenue do the rest.
